Please read carefully: by the submission of your payment deposit and use of our rental vehicles or any other paid services, you accept Templar VIP Transportation LLC. Terms of Service, Policies, and Regulation. If you do not agree with our policies stated below, please do not use our services.

You agree to receive automated transactional messages. Term and Privacy Policy can be found at templarviptransportation.com/privacy-policy/. You may receive up to 10 messages for each reservation. Text and data rates may apply. Reply Stop or End or Help for help. Check this box to receive SMS updates.

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms of service at any time.

I.Reservations:

We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (recommended at least 12 hours before the local pick-up time) and be guaranteed a car at the time of pick-up request. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone upon availability.

  1. Refunds:

Templar VIP Transportation, LLC offers a NO REFUND POLICY once service has been started and rendered under your reservation time.

  1. Deposit & Reservation Cancellation:

Please note, all reservations require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If the transportation service were to be completed, the deposit is deducted from the remaining balance for the service.

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., requires at least 5 hours of cancellation notice for (USA & Canada for Sedans and SUVs,) otherwise full amount will be forfeited.

For special vehicles such as Buses, Sprinters and high-end vehicles like Mercedes and BMW in the USA & Canada we require at least 96-hour (4 days) cancellation notice otherwise the full amount will be forfeited.

For overseas reservations we require at least 48-hour notice for the cancellation not to be billable for Sedans and SUVs, 96 hours or for special vehicles like Sprinters, Buses and high-end vehicles like Mercedes and BMW). If you are canceling the booking on a shorter notice than the full amount will be charged

  1. Phone Calls:

All company calls are recorded and for training purposes.

  1. No Show:

If you do not see your driver at a certain pick-up point do not leave before calling our dispatch office 312-724-8333 and we will direct you to your chauffeur. If you leave without calling you will be billed the full price of the ride (No-Show fee). If we don’t hear from you, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 45 minutes for international arrivals. If you do not get in contact with your driver in the time period stated above our dispatch office will try calling you on the phone numbers provided in the reservation ticket. If we do not get a response from our calls made to you, we will then release the car and you will be billed as a “No Show” which will be the full price of the booked reservation.

  1. Wait time:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., provides 45 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights, based on the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only. A 15 minutes grace period is granted for all other pickups. Waiting time will be charged at 15-minute increments (at the rate listed below) after the grace period. Wait time and additional charges are subject to taxes, tip, and surcharge.

After the 45 minute wait time grace period for domestic flights; after the 1 hour wait time grace period for international flights; and after the 15 minute grace period ends for all other pickups,the wait time charge automatically begins.

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., monitors all commercial domestic and international flights within a limited basis. Therefore, in conjunction please contact dispatch at 312-724-8333 with flight changes and delays as soon as possible. We are unable to monitor the private flights. If you are flying on a private flight, please notify us if there are any delays or changes to your itinerary. Templar VIP Transportation LLC. is not responsible for delays and changes not communicated to us via voice calls.

Train stations: Train schedules cannot be monitored accurately, therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time unless the client informs Templar VIP Transportation of any changes/delays 3 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. If changes/delays were to occur, a vehicle will be provided but it is subject to availability.

Wait time Rates:

Sedan: $1.5 / minute

SUV:  $1.95 / minute
Mercedes S class / BMW: $2.5 / minute
Sprinter: $2.75 / minute

Mini Bus: $3.5 / minute
Coach Bus: $4.5 / minute

  1. Damages resulting from your act:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., will charge you the cleaning/repairing fee if the vehicle is damaged in any way by your authorized party. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. If the vehicle is put out of commission due to damages resulting from your party, you will be responsible for compensating Templar VIP Transportation LLC. for lost revenue until the vehicle is returned to service.

  1. Credit Card transactions:

Reservation will be charged immediately up to 72 hours before the pickup time on the card you provided. For overseas reservations it will be charged immediately up to 48 hours before the pickup time.

Any additional trip charges will be charged immediately after completion of the reservation.

All our transactions are fully secured and your credit card information in our system is encrypted.

  1. Establish Corporate Disputes:

For Templar VIP Transportation LLC., corporate clients with established accounts, all charges of the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt unless we receive an objection within 5 days from the invoice date. Copies of voucher and discount promotional keys under dispute should be emailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable. Templar VIP Transportation offers no refunds for services provided during the dispute.

  1. Establish Individual Disputes:

For individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to the customer’s credit card will be considered correct unless we receive an objection within 7 days from the charge date US Postal Certified Mail sent to Templar VIP Transportation LLC, 332 S. Michigan Ave Suite 900, Chicago IL 60604. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable. Templar VIP Transportation offers no refunds for services provided during the dispute.

  1. Rates Change:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., can change the rates at any time without prior notice.

  1. Pricing Errors and Glitches:

While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up to date pricing on our website, our rates presented online are an estimate. Once you book the reservation online our dispatch office will email you the exact rates for the booking. If you would like to know the exact price, call our office to get a quote or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the information you requested. Due to system glitzes all rates are not finalized until deposit accepted or invoice is paid in full.

  1. Payment Due Date:

For corporate clients with established corporate accounts, all payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Payments not received within the set time frame shall incur interest charges added 36% yearly, 3% monthly.

  1. Stops:

Price per stop varies based on the distance and location. Please call or email us regarding the price for the stop.

Courtesy stops such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, newspaper or to mail a letter while not changing the route will be free of charge. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.

  1. Meet and Greet:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., chauffeurs will meet their clients outside the terminal door of respected airline Baggage Claim Location always without any additional charges, unless the client requested a curbside pick-up upon booking. Please note that some airports do not allow chauffeurs to enter the airport and go to baggage claim, like Boston and Denver. In these cases, we recommend a curbside pickup.

Booking a Greeter would be a $60-$100 fee. The greeter will meet you outside the Baggage Claim door with a sign and assist you with your luggage to your reserved vehicle.

  1. Luggage:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., is not responsible for any damage to the luggage or the contents of the luggage.Templar VIP Transportation LLC.,n is not responsible for items left in the vehicles at all times.

  1. Parking:

All parking fees for airport pickups are included in the price. Parking passes for events can be provided by the customer or by our company with additional charge.

  1.  Gratuity:

A tip (gratuity) is added to every reservation invoice automatically. Templar VIP Transportation LLC. is not responsible for delays and changes not communicated to us via voice calls.here is no need to tip anything additional to the drivers unless you would like to.

  1. Baby Seats:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., recommends that parents bring their own baby seats or can rent a child seat from our  company for an additional $15.00 fee per trip if available.  Request has to be made prior to the reservation pick up date.

  1. Service Error:

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or service error, Templar VIP Transportation LLC., will make every attempt to provide a replacement vehicle (may be through a third-party affiliate) that is equivalent to the original reservation. Templar VIP Transportation LLC cannot be held liable for missed reservations/appointments due to a service error.

If any breakdown occurs in the course of the job, the client is subject to pay for the time used only.

XXI. Travel Time:

Templar VIP Transportation LLC. suggests arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to national flights and 3 hours prior to international flights. Templar VIP Transportation LLC. is not responsible for missed flights or events due to client’s specific pick-up time request that goes outside this recommended arrival time. Templar VIP Transportation LLC. drivers will not overcompensate or create unsafe driving conditions to make up time.

Templar VIP Transportation LLC., is not responsible for missed flights, events, and/or other traveling occasions due to traffic incidents or weather changes, and/or acts of God.
